Race season is already upon us with the upcoming UBC Triathlon/ Duathlon on March 7th. Early season races are the perfect way to see where your fitness is at, try new approaches, or just kick start your ramp up for the summer.

Our Winter Spin Sessions are starting again at West Point Multisport. Beginning the week of January 5th. we’ll be running 7 spin classes every week.
The winter session will begin the week of January 5th. and run 12 sessions through March. We will provide Cycleops SuperMagneto Pro trainers included in the cost (space is limited) as well as have space for riders bringing their own trainers.
